Is the service really free?
Yes. We provide high-speed subdomain provisioning at zero cost for legitimate web projects.
02. Technical
What record types are supported?
We strictly support IPv4 A-records. CNAME and MX records are not supported to maintain infrastructure efficiency.
How fast is propagation?
While we advise allowing up to 48 hours for global ISP updates, our systems often see records propagate within minutes.
Do you provide SSL?
We do not issue certificates. However, services like GitHub Pages or Render will automatically provide SSL for your MigDNS subdomain.
03. Support
How do I change my IP address?
To update your existing A-record, please open a support ticket in our official Discord server.
Can I have multiple subdomains?
Yes, though we limit automated requests to one per 24 hours. For multiple records for a single project, contact us via Discord.
04. Declined Requests
My request was declined — what now?
Requests are declined if they don't meet our usage policy (e.g. no active project, suspicious content, or missing information).
Check your Discord DMs for the specific reason.
